Registration fees, mileage, per diem, and hotel fees for CHWs and CHW program staff who are included within the contract and budget with SDDOH will be reimbursed at state rates. There are two hotel options listed here with group rates (you must request the group rate when booking). If unable to reserve at the approved group rates as mentioned on the website, please find 3 quotes for hotels in the Sioux Falls area, along with justification and send directly to [email protected] for approval consideration. We will do our best to respond in a timely manner for all travel requests.
