CHW/CHR
CHW/CHR Memberships are for practicing CHWs and CHRs working across South Dakota. For individuals who are not CHWs or CHRs, please select the Ally Membership.
Ally
Allies are individuals who support CHWs and CHRs. Allies help advance the workforce, advocate for the workforce, and support the workforce. Allies can be supervisors, administrators, non-profit professionals, community members, or anyone who supports the workforce.
If you are a CHW who also works in a supervisory role, please email Julie at julie@chwsd.org to receive access to the Ally Membership login as well as the CHW/CHR Membership Login.
