Jeremy Holloway, PhD
Assistant Professor and Director of Geriatric Education at the University of North Dakota
Keynote Topic: Cross-Cultural Communication in the Healthcare Workplace
The focus of Dr. Holloway’s research is concentrated on the Social Determinants of Health, specifically self-efficacy, connectedness, and resiliency of older adults. Dr. Holloway developed a curriculum focused on intergenerational programs that include growth mindset, reminiscence therapy, mindfulness, guided imagery, and S.M.A.R.T. goal-setting practices to nourish internal qualities and self-agency of older adults. These best practices for wellness & health promotion address needs related to loneliness and social isolation. Dr. Holloway is also an advocate for diversity, equity, and inclusion, especially regarding Social Determinants of Health for all peoples.

Known for her entrepreneurial spirit, agile, and strategic approach, Z successfully collaborates with diverse personalities and breaks down barriers. Through her approach of truth, trust, and transparency, she drives ownership, promotes engagement and delivers results, making her a trusted advisor and influential voice.
Currently, Zrinka is the President of A2Z Consulting Services, LLC, where she leverages her expertise to provide human capital best practices, executive coaching, talent acquisition and mobility, employment branding, and guides organizations through mergers and acquisitions. Her previous roles include Chief People Officer at the Pro Football Hall of Fame; Executive Vice President-Human Resources & Social Responsibility at Camping World and Director-Human Resources, North America at Wolters Kluwer.
In addition to her professional roles and the Second Round Foundation, Z is proud to contribute her experience and support on boards of other organizations, including as the President of the Zacharias Sexual Abuse Center, where she applies her leadership and advocacy skills to make a positive social impact. She is also a founding member of The People Collective, a community of executive people leaders, and serves in an advisory capacity as a Director with Campers Inn RV.
