We invite you to watch the videos below as we moved through an 8-part CHW Supervisor series to learn more about overseeing a successful CHW program.
We discussed concepts like:
- the role of a CHW beyond the 4 walls of the clinical environment,
- supporting successful CHW team integrations,
- and fostering Provider confidence in the CHW program to render more referrals to the CHW team.
Three sessions of this 8-part series were tailored to offer a deeper dive with technical assistance resources for CHW Supervisors to feel confident in the development of a strong foundation for their CHW program.
