Advisory Board Overview
The purpose of the Advisory Board of the Community Health Worker Collaborative of South Dakota (CHWSD) is to provide professional guidance to the leadership of the CHWSD and the South Dakota Department of Health (SD DOH) as it relates to Community Health Workers (CHWs) in South Dakota. The CHWSD was formed to assist the SD DOH in promoting and sustaining the CHW workforce in South Dakota.
