This sample budget provides information about how a Community-Based Organization (i.e. a social services or non-profit organization that may not choose to bill a payer for CHW services) can stretch the budget to support the development of a sustainable CHW program.
For smaller Community-Based Organizations that may not be able to support or sustain a full CHW position, there is an opportunity to cross-train a staff member to also work as a CHW. This sample budget provides information for a cross-trained budget.
